- High-efficiency grid flocculation
The three-stage grid flocculation tank of modular integrated water plant was designed with a unique grating mesh structure and water passage holes to minimize the dispersion of formed particles and enhance the probability of particle collisions, thereby improving the efficiency of particle aggregation.
- Low-resistance, high-efficiency mixing device
Each mixing unit of modular water plant overlaps with each other, not only achieving mixing between units through rate deflection, but also achieving mutual mixing of inner and outer layer fluids, reducing resistance while increasing mixing efficiency, reducing drug consumption and resistance, and achieving significant energy savings of water plant.
- Dosage device
The automatic dosing system of modular integrated water plant primarily uses metering pumps as the main dosing equipment, and is assembled according to the process flow using components such as a chemical solution tank, mixer, level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, piping, valves, base, ladder, automatic monitoring system, and electrical control system. The dosing flow rate is designed based on the integrated water plant‘s water volume. The container is made of PE panels, offering strong corrosion resistance. It features a fully openable chemical addition port for easier operation.
